Delivery and Returns

Delivery Charges are per weight of each parcel.

Up to 1kg - £3.60

From 1kg to 2kg - £6.24

From 2kg to 5kg – £7.50

From 5kg to 10kg - £10.20

From 10kg to 20kg - £15.00

From 20kg – Pallets price will apply - £70 p/pallet (A pallet is made up of approx. 2,000 crackers)

The buyer also has the option to send their own courier to collect the goods.

International parcels are quoted separately. Additional charges will apply. Please ask for details. We are under no obligation to fulfil an international order where carriage has not been calculated accordingly.


Lost, Damaged or Late Packages: We make every effort to ensure that you order arrives on time and in good condition If your parcel is taking longer to arrive than anticipated or if a package arrives damaged please contact us immediately so that we can take further action. You have 14 days to raise a complaint about any damaged or defective items.
