Q. Can I choose a different ribbon for my cracker?

A. Yes you can. If you can't find online what you want please send us an email or give us a call. We may be able to supply different colour ribbon for your crackers.

Q. Are the crackers made in UK?

A. Yes, all our crackers are manufactured in the UK. For that reason we can offer a bespoke service with an    exceptional quality and flexibility to meet your specific requirements.

Q. Do you deliver to USA?

A. Yes, we do ship to USA. Goods must be ordered far in advance if you are placing a large order. For small orders 2 weeks minimum required.

Q. It is my wedding, can I insert my own gifts inside the crackers or my own "jokes/facts slips etc"?

A. Yes you can. There are three options available:

  1. We can send you the crackers with one end opened so you can insert your own gifts and close it
  2. We can supply them flat so you can assemble them yourself and insert your own gifts etc.
  3. Or you send us your gifts/Slips and we'll make the crackers for you

Q. What cracker's size you have available?

A. Please see our product information page. We have 5 crackers size available online and their specifications, including diameter are shown there.

Q. Where can I find a current price list for Branded crackers for example?

All prices are quoted on application, tailored to suit your needs, timeframe, product and order quantity. Please either send us an email listing your requirements  such as: Quantity, Whether branded or unbranded, approximate delivery date and whether or not you would be supplying the gifts (vouchers/slips etc). Otherwise please call any of the team on 01949 844 859 and they will endeavour to send you a written quotation as soon as possible. All quotations to be in written format, usually email.

Q. Does a branded cracker mean it’s expensive?

A. This is a common misconception. Choosing a branded cracker does not mean necessarily means it is expensive and there are many crackers and styles to suit all budgets. What makes the cracker expensive in most occasions is the quality of the gift that goes inside it.

There are some easy steps you can take to help keep the costs down without compromising on your choice. By ordering your crackers early in the year for example you will be paying a lot less; By supplying your own gifts you may also make a good saving; You can also pay for your own carrier to collect;  In summary: Think ahead and plan early; it may save you time and money.
