We do not hold details of credit cards payment.

  • We may periodically send promotional emails about our new crackers, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting

  • If we do that we will use the email address which you have provided at the time of ordering

  • Should you wish  NOT to receive this, then you can “unsubscribe” to it at the bottom of the email when you receive the first one. However, don’t worry too much. We appreciate people don’t like to receive too many emails of this kind so we may do this only once or twice a year or not at all

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

In any circumstance we will ask for any of your payment details via email. To pay us for any purchase done, you need to call our office number and talk to us directly.

MAKING A PURCHASE

Place your order online. By placing your order with us you agree and accept our Terms and Conditions of trading.

When you make an online payment your card details are encrypted and secured by our gateway payment provider named SAGE PAY. 

Your order will be despatched normally within 3 working days and you will receive an email confirming of this

Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on our website www.simplycrackers.co.uk  and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Please also read our Privacy Policy section regarding personal information provided by you.
 

PAYMENTS & CURRENCY

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. These are processed online using the SagePay secure payment service. Prices are shown in GBP. Our system does not hold any credit card details.

 

VAT (TAX) CHARGES

The buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply to their particular country or state. VAT is included at the current rate on all prices. Except on trade prices, quotes are given excluding VAT and delivery charges.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping & handling charges apply.

Delivery Charges are per weight of each parcel.

The buyer also has the option to send their own courier to collect the goods.

International parcels are quoted separately. Please ask for details.

 

RETURNS

You have 14 days to contact us requesting a refund or replacement. The returned goods must be in their saleable condition. We regret that we cannot refund or replace opened packets. The cost of returning parcels is to be borne by the buyer (you). This does not affect your statutory rights

 

REFUNDS

If necessary refunds will be made in full for the goods value only including VAT but excludes paid carriage. In all cases we will try to offer you a substitue product of same or better value to prevent uncessary costs of returning parcels. All carriage paid is NOT refundable. We reserve the right to charge a small handling fee of at least £10 to deal with any returned products where there is no faulty with it.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKS

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time and in good condition. However, if your parcel is taking longer to arrive than anticipated or if a package arrives damaged please contact us immediately so that we can take further action. You have 14 days to raise a complaint about any damaged or defective items.

 

DELIVERY

All orders should be received within 10-15 days. However, please allow 28 days to cover Bank Holidays and busy periods etc. We can deliver anywhere in the U.K. including the Channel Islands. We can also export to most countries for an extra postage charge which is calculated automatically. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. If we are unable to despatch your order within 21 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.
 

EXPRESS SERVICE
We can offer a faster turnaround on most products for a small extra surcharge. If you would like to use our Express Service please ring our Customer Services Team for details before placing your order

 

PRICE POLICY
We try to ensure all prices quoted are correct and that products are accurately described on this website. If we discover an error in the price or description of the goods you have ordered, or there is a change in the rate of VAT, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order based on the correct price or description, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.

 

SHIPPING AND TAX

The price shown for the goods excludes shipping costs unless specifically stated. The charge for “Shipping” is shown on the Checkout page. The price you pay will include VAT. We are unable to deduct the VAT on orders from the Channel Islands or overseas. Any duty fee on international orders is to be paid by the receiver of the goods. We are unable to pay this fee on your behalf. Please make sure your know countries import tariffs and regulations before buying from us.
 

CREDIT CARD CHARGING
We start the personalisation process as soon as your order is received and therefore your credit card will be charged upon you confirming your order.

 

GUARANTEE
We will replace free of charge or refund in full where the personalisation mistake is ours or goods are defective in materials or workmanship. This “No Quibble” guarantee is in addition to your legal rights.

 

COLOURS
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software, monitors etc.

 

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of this site.

 

AVAILABILITY
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible. A refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

 

JURISDICTION
All orders are accepted on the condition that English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts applies to all such accepted orders

PROTECTING YOUR INTERESTS
We subscribe to the Code of Practice established by The Direct Marketing Association in consultation with the Office of Fair Trading. We undertake to deal with any complaints speedily and sympathetically.
